• Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

• Dynamic QR codes remain active only while the associated subscription remains valid.
• PSDIGITAL.ORG will make reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

• Analytics data is provided for informational purposes.
• Accuracy may vary due to browser settings, VPNs, ad blockers, and privacy restrictions.

• PSDIGITAL.ORG, its logo, software, and branding remain the property of PSDIGITAL.ORG.
• Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform without written permission.

• PSDIGITAL.ORG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.
